1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using OpsPilot365, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. Description of Service

OpsPilot365 is a Microsoft 365 management platform designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The service provides tools for managing users, devices, security, compliance, and other M365 workloads across multiple tenant environments.

3. Account Terms

• You must provide a valid Microsoft 365 work account to use this service
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must be authorized to connect and manage the M365 tenants you add
• You must not share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Transmit any viruses or malicious code

5. Data Protection

We take data protection seriously. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your data to third parties. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

6. Service Level Agreement

OpsPilot365 aims to maintain 99.9% uptime for paid subscription tiers. Service credits may be available for extended outages in accordance with your subscription plan.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
